Happy birthday Roney!
And as a present for you from your son, Jadon passed his Entrance Exam!
I know that we are not still sure if we are going to push through with his enrolment. But, for me, this is a big deal!
happy bday again!

happy bday again!

There are pictures which preceded this one that might depict a smiling Jadon. But, he might only be yawning. hehe! I am pretty sure that he was cheerful when this was taken on October 1, 2006 via Nokia 6300.

On Saturday, we decided to have some “sporty” weekend. Hence, we went to Eastwood City to play bowling. Everyone had fun.

Hubby was teaching some pointers to our baby. Baby looked on as if he knew what his father was talking about. heehee
We went to the Baywalk near the Mall of Asia right after the Sunday service. Baby was delighted when we bought him a new toy! He made bubbles for kids, adults and even the dogs. He sure had a fun time!

And I also found out this weekend that the parking building of the Mall of Asia has this tiny gadget that indicates whether the spot is vacant or not.

Red light means that the parking slot is taken, while green means it is vacant. I hope that this would decrease any parking-related altercations.
See how others spent their weekends HERE.

This was our first glimpse of Jadon. He was still 6 months in my womb when this was taken

It was just an intimate celebration with nephews and nieces so that they would be able to get to know each other.

In the afternoon of January 13, Tuesday, Lola called me in the office to inform me that Jadon has thrown up the little food that he ate. Roney volunteered to go home early to take care of our son, which i appreciate very much since i was “on duty” that night. I thought that everything would be ok. But the next thing I knew was that i was headed to the ER of The Medical City instead of going home.

we were discharged at past midnight since Jadon was able to retain the milk that he drank.
However, in the afternoon of the next day, Jadon did not eat any food and his poop was water. we feared that he might be dehydrated. we rushed him to the ER again. And this time, he was admitted.

We thought that since he was given dextrose and all, the storm was over. But, we were wrong. He did not pee since the time we were admitted. The doctor advised us to keep him awake until he pees. This should have been an easy task had he been able to do it. When it was already 4 in the morning and my baby has not yet wetted the diaper, the doctor told us that they would expel the urine through catherer. My baby has had trauma in the hospital as it is. So, we asked that he be given more time urinate. Thirty minutes before the deadline, Jadon produced a full cup and we have been changing diapers ever since.
I hope that Jadon would be able to recuperate soon. As his mother, it breaks my heart to see him in this condition.
