Bit. Is what I got for my birthday

i heart my hubby so much

A month ago, hunny roney asked me if i want another bag for my birthday. I have been teasing him that the last one he gave me seemed to be lonely being a single entity of its class. For me, it was just a tease; something to throw him out of complacency. I am really not a baglady anyway. So, i gave him a different answer each time.

But then, i began thinking that who knows if he would ever have the opportunity to ask me the same question again, or if i would ever have the luxury to choose. And besides, it’s an investment, right? People nowadays buy pre-owned designer bags. Carpe diem!

And, again, i am not really a baghag.  So, it took us an hour last Friday (yep, that’s the real reason why i was fully made up! hahaha!) to finally decide which one to buy. We went from one shop to another, then back again because nothing feels right; nothing seems to fit on me. Then, the sales girl finally saw that we were really intent to buy one because we visited her shop five times already. She suggested this one great bag that I really fell in love with. I actually saw it when we went in, but it’s way beyond hunny roney’s budget so i didn’t bother. However, when he saw how my eyes lit up and the curve of my mouth extended beyond my eyes when i tried it on, he just went on, not minding the set ceiling price.

However, since at current time, it is still not officially my birthday, i have not yet opened my gift. But here’s a picture of the paper bag where my real and beautiful bag lies. I am so excited! Yipee!

Napakarami kong pinagpipilian kung anong tsokolate ang pwede kong ilahok. Subalit, dahil sa nagdiwang ng kaarawan ang aking pinakamamahal na asawa, ang kanyang keyk ang aking napagtuunan ng pansin.

The package has finally arrived! The gift is now in my hands. Although it was a week late, i have no complaints. I have my new ‘yoyo‘ on my wrist. And i hope to take good care of it so i can pass it on to my descendants thanks, roney!

Because it was my special day, Roney and I went to Aubergine to celebrate. It is a classy restaurant located at 32nd and Fifth Building, Bonifacio Global City. Although it was not really needed, we kinda dressed up for the occasion (not the usual jeans and shirt)

We ordered their Degustation Menu which is a six-course meal. We also ordered a bottle of Talus Chardonnay because we figured that it would be cheaper and we could bring it home after dinner.

We began with the Chef’s Compliment: I can’t recall the name of the dish.

Then we had the following in that order. I tried writing down the menu, but my eyesight is really poor.

After the dessert, there was no wine left to take home. I was dizzy and drunk. Good thing I was not the driver Thanks Roney for celebrating my birthday with me. Lthysm
